Mike Splinter is a veteran of the semiconductor industry. He recently completed his work as Chairman of the Board for Applied Materials, a multi-billion dollar leader in semiconductor, display, and other technologies. Previously he served as the company’s CEO during a decade of rapid growth and success. Prior to Applied Materials, he was an executive at Intel Corporation, serving in a number of key positions during his 20-year tenure.
Mike works and lives in Silicon Valley.

David Guinther is a senior executive, entrepreneur, company builder, and executive coach. Experienced in equity financing, IPO and M&A events. Industry experience includes technology and healthcare.
David works and lives in Madison.

Tom is the former Chief Investment Officer – Private Markets for the University of Wisconsin Foundation, the official fund-raising and gift-receiving organization for the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an endowment over $4.0 billion. He oversaw all private market investments that include partnerships with many of the premier global private equity, private real estate and private debt funds. Tom also assisted in setting the endowment funds asset allocation targets during two stints as interim Chief Investment Officer.

Steve Grundahl is an accomplished entrepreneur and engineer. He recently completed his work as Founder and President of Midwest Prototyping, a custom design, prototyping, and manufacturing firm that he built until it was acquired.

Steve works and lives in Blue Mounds.

Allen Dines is a senior executive having spent three decades at the nexus of business, science and technology. His passion is the creation and growth of new ventures. He serves as an advisor to Merlin Mentors, gener8tor, Madworks Accelerator, and continues to advise several graduates of those programs.
Allen works and lives in Madison, Wisconsin.

Cameron Ackbury is a results-oriented, SaaS technology executive with a record of driving global revenue growth to $100 million in ARR. He has built and managed business unit teams including sales, public relations, marketing, channel and professional services in North America, South America, Australia, Asia and Europe for companies such as Kustomer, Mindjet, NetSuite, and PeopleSoft.
